Questions people ask

How big can an email attachment be?

Gmail and Outlook.com allow around 20 to 25 MB per message, including all attachments. Company mail servers often allow less. The tool starts at 20 MB; lower it if the message bounces.

Will the video still look fine?

A clip of a minute or two fits 20 MB with little visible loss. For longer recordings, choose 720p so the bitrate stays high enough, or send a link instead.

Should I send a link instead?

For a long video, yes. Upload it to a cloud drive and share the link. For a short clip, a compressed attachment plays right in the mail app and does not expire.

Do you upload my video?
